We Are Family

We were able to accomplish a lot of things last Friday and Monday.

(1)We already got our wedding rings!!!!!

We spent almost 4 hours in Ongpin in our search for the perfect ring. Funny because we were able to find “The One” at the store where M0rn1ng bought my engagement ring.

Our rings look similar to this except that it is white gold.

(2)We have decided on who will make our gowns. After our Divisoria trip, we are convinced that Mommy Rose is the best pick. Her rates are a lot cheaper, her shop is convenient to go to and most of all we are comfortable with each other. It was good that we looked around first before deciding as we got some insights as to what fabrics are good to use for our gown designs. At Catalina’s, Mrs. Chua showed me some great lace fabrics. We will scout for something similar come January. M0rn1ng suggested that we accompany Mommy Rose in buying fabric so that we can be assured that the materials that will be used on our gowns are to our liking.

(3) We are able to book our florist. We got Boy Mahusay from Dangwa. He is very easy to talk to and his package fits our budget. We were very thrilled because Apols has very good comments about his work. I hope he can deliver well on our wedding. He will do our bouquets, as well as the ceremony and reception arrangements.

(4) We already have our souvenirs. Wondering why we are not so happy about it? Oh well, looooong story but let’s just say that it is not worth the effort and the hassle we went through. However looking at the bright side, we had some valuable lessons learned.
