Meeting with Batis Asul and 30 Glorious Months
04.23.05 - Batis Asul Meeting
Meeting naming with Batis Asul today. We were kinda late kasi yung system nila M0rn1ng nasira so nag-extend sha ng time. The appointment is at 9 am but we got there at 9:30. Buti na lang traffic wasn’t that bad for our travel time amounted to only 45 mins.
When we got there, we saw that they really prepared for the meeting. The table was set and the linens followed our motif. Gay was waiting for us. Andun din si Sir Jun (owner). We discussed the reception layout.
We will be having cocktails at the cabana. They will setup 6 cocktail tables and will serve the pica-pica there. The registration table, strings, Fiorgelato, and gallery will be there as well. After 30 minutes, the emcee will call everyone to the tables around the pool to watch the AVP. This will be followed by our grand entrance. Spotlight will be on us and as we go down the stairs of the cabana, our groomsmen and bridesmaids will pop party poppers. Weeeeee! We’re so excited.
The couple’s table would be placed inside the gazebo at the middle of the pool. Presidential’s table will be beside it and the cake table will be on the other side. The bridge nearest to the Gazebo will serve as the stage. Guest tables will be scattered around the pool. We also informed Jun that we don’t want tables to be concentrated in just one area as we want the place to look full. They took note of our requests and we are confident that the place will look wonderful.

We tasted our final menu after. We will be having:
Appetizer: Taco Dip and Chips
Salad Bar
Beef Stroganoff
Tropical Chicken
Fish Fillet with Tartar Sauce
Pasta Marina
Fresh Fruits for Dessert
We tasted all these and we are satisfied with our choice. We just asked Jun to tone down the sodium a bit for my mom and dad. We ate a lot…sira ang diet. Huhuhuhu.

Today’s our 30th Monthsary as well. O di ba libreng date. Hehehe.
04.24.05 – Post Monthsary Celebration at Red Crab
Since this is our last monthsary as mag-jowa (hahaha), we decided to extend our celebration. We had dinner at the Seafood Club – Red Crab in Greenbelt. Gusto sana naming buffet kaya lang sira diet so we just ordered the Fisherman’s Catch which is good for two. M0rn1ng loves grilled seafood so he ate to his heart’s content. I’m happy that he loves it for this month is my treat. We will definitely go back to this place.

Naaliw din kami ni M0rn1ng dun sa singer. So shempre nung break chika namin sha. Sayang kung wala lang kaming strings, we would have got his services for our wedding. His rate for reception is 5K. Parang DJ, Emcee and singer ang dating. Na surprise lang kami nung sabihin nya na he belongs to the group 92AD. When he gave me his card, I noticed na sha pala yung musical director. He told us that the owner of Red Crab is a close friend of the 92AD guys so he sings there every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Every monthsary, we never fail to give each other a card. Natuwa lang ako dun sa bigay ni M0rn1ng. Ilalagay ko dito.

He also gave me lots of chocolates. M0rn1ng seldom gives flowers. Nung nililigawan pa nya ako he never gave me one. The first bouquet I received was on our first Anniversary. Yet, he never fails to give chocolates. Halos every month meron. =)

And oh before I forget. We received our second wedding gift today. Our Ninang Rose paid our Deluxe Poolside view room at Westin. We were surprised nung binigay sa amin yung card na key holder. Ang galing!!!!! Thank you po. =)

Hi Patrick! It’s at Aqua Park, Hillsborough VIllage, Alabang, Philippines. It is where we held our wedding last year. Pretty romantic esp with luminaries at night.
