Vacation Planning

B.boy’s turning 2 next year and we are planning where to go on our next vacation.  We did not go outside the country yet as we thought he is still too young to appreciate it.  I bet he won’t even remember any of it.

We thought of Singapore as our next year’s destination as it has tourist attractions that kids love.  There’s Jurong bird park, Night Safari, Sentosa, Singapore Zoo for the animal lover in B.boy.  I’m sure he will also love the Botanical Garden and the Singapore National Park.  Oh just the mere planning of this trip excites me!

M0rn1ng and i carefully plan or family trips, as we are budget travellers.  We research the net and set a resonable budget.  Most of our friends are surprised how we are able to go on vacation at least once a year.  They even thought we have lots of money. lolz! But the secret really is careful research and planning.

Cebu Pacific has promos to international destinations every now and then.  We will definitely grab one next year.  Then to save on hotel expenses, we are on the lookout for Hotel Discounts in the internet.  There are a lot of sites that you can visit and compare their pricing.  Who would want a very expensive hotel anyway?  Most of the time we are out visiting tourist spots and we only need some place to sleep.  My criteria for a good place to stay is accessibility, cleanliness, good service and of course affordability.  Most sites also have discounts from time to time.  So better watch out for those too. The site also provides clear information on the hotels location by providing maps and you can clearly see the landmarks. You can also sort the search results by price, best value and quality. It also displays information such as the amenities it offers and completes it with pictures too.

I hope we can really push through with our travel plans next year.  :)
