And about the junk food, soda and the like, it's good na habang bata pa natrain sya. Like my Migs, since hindi kami mahilig sa junk food and I cut drinking soda when I have a baby, hindi sya talaga nsanay to eat those food..... what I can suggest, try giving him fresh juice.
