i was thinking to get this to help me.. kaso most food nila na vegetarian has cheese.. kaya hindi ko tinuloy.. but I’m thinking to get this for my mom.. dami sabi it’s really effective

Yeah, just by the look of it i think it’s effective. Kasi may mga foods talaga na nakakataba…esp yung white rice. Before the wedding, i cut down on white rice and nagflatten yung tummy ko and i lost 3 lbs. Eh 1 month ko lang ginawa.
