B-U-S-Y

I’ve never been this busy at work. Remember my last post about the new position I accepted? Well, I’m in the brink of giving up. Hahaha! No, I’m just kidding but I do feel that way when I’m overwhelmed with the daily task. I know I have to endure this for now and things will change for the better later when I get the momentum I need to keep the new team going. For now, I have to focus and use my time wisely. No more procrastinating and I should work productively.

I’ve already given up selling panwiches here in the office because I don’t have enough time to do that any more. M0rn1ng is okay with that and I thank him for his understanding. His sales have been all time low for the past 3 weeks but it is slowly picking up since last week. I hope the winning streak continues.

I still continue my blogging but I sometimes get too tired to think of something to write. There are a lot of things to blog but when I start I can’t seem to finish the whole thing. My mind is just too full that I can’t seem to focus. I resumed doing checklist of things to do and that helps a lot. I also started to prioritize the important tasks and delegated some of my work to my team members. It’s still tough but I know it will get better soon. I just need to endure.

The boys are complaining that I’m going home later than usual but I told them that I will make it up to them later. I just need to get my groove back. Everything about this job is so new to me. I have to learn. Once that is finish, I hope I can have my own self back.

My boss is also here until the end of the week and that spells busy with the capital B.

Vegas Home

My uncle who lives in New Jersey loves Vegas so much. He visited it a couple of times this year and he can’t stop raving about it. He said it is their perfect place to have a home and they are now looking at Las Vegas Real Estate. Good thing the real estate prices are now on its low so he is really thinking of buying a house there.

I hope all his plans push through.

The Piso Fare is Back

Cebu Pacific’s One peso fare is back. Yey! We’ve been waiting for it for the longest time because we are planning to go to Ilocos in December. We got 2 round trip tickets for less than 3,400. Isn’t that great? We’re going there on the 8th and will stay until the 12th.

My parents live in Ilocos and we try to visit them at least twice a year. That way they also get to enjoy B.boy. They seldom visit us here in Manila because they’re busy running the business. The last time they went was during Holy week. But we try to keep in touch and have close relationship with B.boy. They call at least once a week and they talk to their grandson. B.boy knows when they call because sometimes he pretends to talk to someone on the phone and he keeps on saying “mama, ah, **babbles**, papa, **babbles**”.

At night we usually get the family album and we ask B.boy to name the people in the picture. He recognizes my parents whom he fondly calls mama and papa. We also send my folks his latest pictures whether via LBC or through MMS. We do all these because we want our son to be close to his other set of grandparents even though they live far away.

I hope they get to enjoy each other more on our December vacation. We’re so looking forward to it.   :)
