A lot of our local celebrities are not ashamed to admit that they’ve undergone liposuction. Well, if you have money and your job requires you to look fabulous then why not right? However, there are a lot of people who are afraid to go under the knife to attain perfect figure. These opt to undergo lapband surgery. On this procedure, a surgeon inserts an inflatable gastric band through small laparoscopic incisions and positions the band around the upper portion of the stomach. This creates a small stomach pouch and passageway into the lower part of the stomach. This procedure will allow the patient to feel full and satisfied. Thus you eat less and lose that excess weight.

Here are the following advantages of this procedure:

1. The process is completely reversible. The band is adjustable and you can have it removed if you want to.
2. Low risk surgery and less serious long term complications. Lapband doesn’t require cutting stapling or rerouting of the stomach.

I got this idea from Aggie. Here is what I hope to accomplish for this month:

1. Resume selling panwiches in the office and hope that this helps M0rn1ng meet his sales targets.
2. Get rid of our old stuff through a garage sale. We hope to generate additional income from it.
3. Increase my Bible Studies. Even one will do.
4. Get myself into schedule and avoid getting sidetracked.
5. Visit my OB and Dentist. I’ve been meaning to do this for the past 6 months but never had it done. I hope to have this out of my list this month.

Panwiches will be sold back in our office again. We stopped selling after I accepted the new post. The new job entail a lot of work add to that my on the side blogging career. Hahaha! I just can’t find time to sell panwiches pa. However, M0rn1ng’s business needs a sales boost. The rainy season is really bad for the business.

So we agreed last night that we will resume selling here, but it will be he who will collate the orders, distribute them and get payments. Doing those take around an hour especially pag singilan na. hahaha! I’m very strict pa naman about getting payments. Walang utang utang. So if it’s him doing the legwork, i can still have time to finish my office and blog work. hahaha!

It is my dream is to have vacation in Hawaii. I just love their beaches. I was supposed to go there year 2002 but it didn’t push through as we were chosen to be delegates in Australia instead. There are no regrets as Australia is such a charming place too. However, the dream is still yet to be realized.

I would love to get there and stay in a Hawaii Condo where I can see the beach in the veranda, something like what you can see in this picture. It’s nice to have breakfast while looking at the sun rise slowly in the horizon and the sea breeze blows lightly on your face.

Gebhart Properties has all of this. They own and manage custom homes in some of the most exclusive resort locations in Hawaii. They have condos that can house 6 to 8 people. My choice is the 2BR corner unit condo located on the 3rd floor of Mahana at Kaanapali resort in Maui. This is located a mere 30 feet back from the beach. Just perfect!

Today’s the day that we move to a new work area at work.  Some of our employees have moved to a new leased building so we have a bigger space now.  In my almost 8 years in this company i’ve moved to different areas for around 5 times already.  But the good thing is it’s just within the same floor. 

So i might not be able to go home early as i need to put all my stuff in the box and transfer it to the new place.  I hope the new area is not too cold.  The current place i have right now has a vent above my head and the cool air that comes out gives me a headache every now and then.

This is also a good opportunity to clean and organize my stuff.  I’m excited to make the move.
