This is what we had for dinner today. Yummy! This was cooked in the oven instead of the usual deep frying. Everybody had a great time feasting on it a few hours ago.

I know that this is high in cholesterol but it isn’t bad to indulge sometimes. Once a month lang naman.

My youngest sister came back yesterday after spending three weeks vacation in Ilocos. She has a lot of pasalubong from my mom and dad. She brought papayas and bananas from our backyard. Mama also made biko and carrot cake and we feasted on it yesterday. We also got Vigan longanisa, talangka, native veggies which we turned into a delicious pakbet. And oh we also have labong, squash and shrimps. They also gave us a big bottle of Sanka coffee and creamer.

I can never thank my parents enough. They always send us a lot of goodies. Thank you so much mama and papa! We enjoyed all your padala. Di nga ako masyadong bumili ng stuff sa grocery because the fridge is full.
