That’s what I’m trying to be these days. Before, I would bother drinking supplements or vitamins. I stay up late and wake up early in the morning. I don’t drink enough water and I push myself to the limits and ended up stressed. Because I’m one abusive person I got asthma and the attacks got worse and worse. I also have frequent UTIs and stomach aches. All of these are because I’m not taking care of my health.
I’ve learned my lesson. Now, I take a rest when tired. I also make sure I have adequate sleep. I’ve also learned not to sweat the small stuff and that lessened the stress. Taking vitamins also helped to give added energy and ward of any diseases. I’m currently drinking Vitamin C and it helps in boosting my immune system. Whenever I feel tired or feeling cold symptoms, I increase the dosage and it really helps. It’s been a year since I last have my asthma attacks.
Recently I also started drinking calcium tablets. I realized that pregnancy had taken a lot of calcium reserve from my body. My teeth are not as strong as it used to be. I dread to have osteoporosis when I get older so better take the necessary precautions now.
Of course I get sick still but it is not as frequent as before. I only utilized 5 out of the 15 days sick leave that we have. Before, I used up the whole 15 days.
