It Pays to be Prepared

I was only 21 years old when I bought my first life insurance. I figured out that it is cheaper to buy one when I’m still young than when I get older. I choose a premium that I can afford to pay and I think it is one of the good buys that I made. I took a look at their benefits, and the stability of the company offering the insurance.

So far so good and after another two years, I got a pension plan from the same insurance company too. I personally think that it’s good to be prepared in case something happens, especially now that I have a family of my own.

He has Gastritis

According to the pedia, the little boy has gastritis. She said it is something viral and he must’ve caught it by ingesting something dirty or if not by the air. She also advised us to keep an eye on B.boy and make sure that he is not dehydrated. She told us that a sign that a child is dehydrated is when he/she did not urinate for more than 8 hours. She also advised us to let B.boy drink Glucolyte to avoid dehydration. We’ve been forcing him to because he did not like the taste. Since he’s not cooperating, we got a syringe and drop it in his mouth every 30 minutes.

She also prescribed Motilium and it has to be taken 30 minutes before a meal. This is to avoid vomiting. I think this works because he stopped vomiting already. He also has to take Ercefuryl for his diarrhea. He still having loose stools and had pooped three times today. I’m really worried. I hope his diarrhea stops by tomorrow.

I also instructed our helper to always sanitize our area as B.boy is very active and like to put everything he picks up in his mouth. He also has this habit of putting his hands in his mouth and usually his hands are dirty. I’ve read a nice article on keeping the house clean and I’ve posted it on my other blog.

I hope tomorrow he won’t be having loose stools anymore.

How Do You Communicate?

You Communicate With Your Ears

You love conversations, both as a listener and a talker.
What people say is important to you, and you’re often most affected by words, not actions.
You love to hear complements from others. And when you’re upset, you often talk to yourself.
Music is very important to you. It’s difficult to find you without your iPod.

I saw this in Yen’s blog and i guess most of it were true. I think i’ve read this in one book that we express ourselves differently. Some, visually, others are auditory and by sense of touch. The only thing which is not true is that part about the iPod. I don’t have an iPod and i can’t work with music either. I think i’m partly visual too as i tend to express abstract ideas through drawings and diagrams.

Feel free to snag this if you like.

Addicted to Blogging

Good Morning everyone! It’s 7:30 am in my part of the world. The little boy is still asleep and I figured out, I’d blog for a while. I’m sure a lot would agree that blogging is so addicting. A few months ago, I will rest writing on my blog during weekends but now here I am writing away even on a Saturday. Hahaha! I’m not sure what got me hooked but I am. I’m sure I will suffer a withdrawal symptom if I will not be able to access this blog even for a day. Do you know of any blog addiction treatment out there? I may need to seek help. Hahaha!

Have a great Saturday everyone!
