Do you watch Manny Pacquiao’s boxing matches? Whenever he has a fight, everything in this country stands still. Everyone is glued in their TV sets. Some are in the cinemas to watch it on the big screen. Others who are fortunate enough and have lots of money watch it live. Every Filipino feels a certain pride whenever he wins in his fights. It never fails to lift the Filipino spirit.

He will have another match and this time with Juan Manual Marquez on March 15, 2008 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. They will again face each other after four years in which Manny Pacquiao knocked Marquez down three times in the first round only to have him come back and end up with a split draw. The question now is who will prevail this time?

I’m sure fans will now be planning to buy their Manny Paquiao vs Juan Manuel Marquez tickets as early as now. I know there will be a lot of supporters who would even go to Vegas to watch it live. I’m sure my father in law will buy tickets to watch this match in the cinema. Maybe it will be shown in IMAX as well. But I guess hubby will be content in just watching it at our TV at home.

B.boy had a grand time playing with the piano keyboards at our family house. It’s the first thing that occupies his mind when he wakes up in the morning, other than his crayons of course. Hahaha!

Mama and Papa bought me that piano when I was 10 years old. Yes, it’s a bit old already. I was really interested in music but mom and dad decided to test my persistence. They did want to incur a very expensive purchase and discover that it will not be put into good use in the end. They told me that they are going to buy me if (1) I am at the top of my class and (2) have finished my first recital first.

I have to prove them that I am worthy of that piano and I’m really decided to learn how to play it. Thankfully, I satisfied all their conditions and they bought me this piano. This is the reason why I love it dearly. It is my very first prized possession. Too bad there isn’t much space in our apartment right now so it stayed in my parent’s house. Too bad because nobody’s using it right now.  I miss playing and making music with it. It’s been a long time since I last played so my skills are really rusting.

Since I noticed that B.boy likes the piano, I bought him a mini version of it when we return here in Manila.

He loves pressing the keys and applauds himself after. Hahaha! Funny child.

There are a lot of gym buffs in our office. I think exercising is really good to ward of cardiovascular disease due to our sedentary office lifestyle. But most of the guys love going to the gym not just for health benefits but because of aesthetic reasons too. The want to have muscles and show off their good abs.

Some even takes creatine ethyl ester. They say that this boost their muscle, endurance and strength and get all the benefits that come along with it.

Here’s B.boy video while he enjoys himself at the beach. It is pretty memorable for use because it is the first time that he dipped himself in the sea water. Before he was afraid of the waves and he hates the sand on his feet. We finally coaxed him to try the water and we carried him where the water is a bit deeper.

He had a grand time. We are happy because after numerous trips to the beach he finally enjoyed swimming this time.

Morn1ng is such a good driver and navigator, just my complete opposite. I don’t have a sense of direction and I get lost easily. So I just rely on him to guide me on where to go most of the times. He’s my human GPS you know. I ever since we got married, I never dared went to some place new without him on tow.

That’s how dependent I am on him.

I’m on half day leave today. I need to go to Valle Verde to take a look at Blissfulbabes nursing wear. Mommy Matters told me that all of their stocks are out at the moment so they cannot send over some clothes for me to try on at home. It would be pretty late if I should wait for them next week so I’m going to Blissfulbabes.

I’m so excited because my online friend Joyce loves their blouses. I hope I would be able to buy a nice one to wear in our convention on January 4. Yipeeeee! I’m slowly crossing out some items in my to do list.
