The goal is to strengthen my body and for better health. I wanted to go to the gym but I don’t have the time as I want to maximize the free time I have for our little boy. So I’m thinking of doing the exercises at home. I’ve been looking at some of the equipments at the internet and the ellipticals interest me.
I have to show it to M0rn1ng as he might be interested to use it too.
