My youngest sister who is a wonderful cook volunteered to prepare a very special dish this weekend. It’s a penne pasta with no meat. It is a perfect meal for vegetarian. It has breaded eggplant instead. The sauce was terrific and she topped it with cheese and put in the oven to bake for a few minutes. Here is the finished product.

The picture didn’t do much justice but it is one of the best dishes I’ve tasted. All of us in the house are raving about it. We paired it with garlic bread that we bought at the Waltermart bakeshop. Perfect combination!

We bought a kitchen sink drain last Saturday and I saw a nice looking portable laundry basket too. I decided to buy it because we need another one to hold our dirty clothes.

The little boy was with me when I opened and assembled it. He thought it’s a great toy so here’s what he did.

He spent a good thirty minutes playing with that thing. Now, I’m thinking if I should get another one for him.
