Shawarma Biz

Morn1ng bought all the necessary utensils for the shawarma stall this morning. His staff is also currently undergoing training. If all goes well then we may be able to start the operation this Friday. This is all very exciting and I hope everything goes well.

Our first panwich stall gave M0rn1ng some experience in running a food business. He says that location is always the key. Even if you have a great product but your location is not good then it always spells failure. It is also good to open checking accounts when you have a business because it is better to pay checks to suppliers.

We really hope that sales will be good so that we can proceed with our long term plans.

Mr. Rockefeller

I hadn’t had the chance to blog about this because I’ve been busy during the holidays. We went here last December 24. Since it is time for Noche Buena, a lot of the restos in Greenbelt were closed. Mr. R is one of those shops who are open and since we haven’t dined there before we decided to give it a try.

We ordered Linguini prawns @ 340  (They changed the pasta to spaghetti as linguini was out of stock that day). It was okay. Not spectacular but not bad either.

We also had Fingers n’ fries @ 225 for our little boy.

We had watermelon shake as our drinks. This is one we truly love. :)

I’d like to go back and try the oysters and the steak as I’ve read raves about how good it is at a very reasonable price. And oh, they’ve large servings that we love. :)
