I love reading magazines and one of my favorites is the Entrepreneur. From there I can get new business ideas and keep up with the latest trend in technology that helps businesses thrive. One of their articles shows that the call center business has a lot of potential. This does not pertain to the big ones like convergys and people support. But a small to medium scale one that entrepreneurs can start up.

I thought setting up a business like this is complicated at first but as I read through the article, I found out that it wasn’t. You just have to get the right talents and invest on quality technology that will help you to do the job. And that includes having good VoIP Phone Systems. You can tell a good one if it is flexible and user friendly.

I’m totally hooked to American Idol. I just love David Cook. Have you seen his rendition of Billie Jean? It was awesome and so original too. I have the feeling that he can come out as this season’s winner.

On the side note, I’m sad that Chikezie was booted out. I wonder how long will Ramiele survive in the competition. I think she’s great and she got talent. She just needs to reinvent herself. Judges think that she’s pretty boring sometimes.

I love to have a house and lot but with the current trend, chances are we’ll get it at the suburbs. But the long travel from home to work does not appeal to me. If we are to get something in Makati area, most likely it would be a condominium. It won’t have a large space nor a very spacious yard and garden but that is the price you pay for convenience and time.

I noticed that there are a lot of Condos rising up in our area. There’s Beacon, Belton Place, Avida, Oriental Place and Trevi Towers to name a few. I like something like this Apogee Condo South Beach. It looks really stylish and nice. How I wish we can afford one.
