I dream the day that we will be financially independent. That means we won’t have to work long hours just to have our basic need met. We wanted to have more time for the family, more time to help people learn Bible truths that in turn will make their lives better.
So a couple of years ago, we sought the help of investment advisory services. We set up our goals and a financial partner was able to walk us through the different options that we can choose from. We hope that through this we have made the right decision in managing our little hard earned money. That will in turn buy us more time for that things that really matters.

May 1st is a happy day for me and though it’s late, I still want to blog about it. It’s a happy day because I got so many things done.
First is this.

Yep, I was able to buy sunnies. I’ve been planning this for a very long time now and it has become a reality. Hehehe.
Then Play and Display was having a sale so I bought a very nice plate for only 40 bucks. We can see it when I post the latest weekend cooking edition. So stayed tuned.
B.boy also had a haircut. Suits him nicely and it’s perfect for summer too. Then I had my old shoes and bag repaired.
I had so many things done that day and it is pure joy.

Roses are one of the most romantic flowers in the world. No wonder that it is often used in weddings. They convey not only romance and passion but elegance as well. But a lot of people are put off with the cost so they opt to try the other not so expensive kinds.
However, buying wholesale roses will help reduce the cost. Since a wedding will definitely need a lot of flowers, you can order by bulk and benefit from the price reduction.
The best source for this in the US is fiftyflowers.com. They have been specializing in wedding flowers for almost 10 years and their flowers are directly from flower farms in Ecuador and Columbia. This is a nice resource for couples who are planning their wedding.

Abie, a very nice online friend shared this Red Rose to me. Thank you so much sis.

Red rose has number of thorns in it, when it pinches your fingers it hurts. Everyday in my life is just like red roses. Sometimes life is not always a bed of roses, but life is great with GOD
I would like to share this to these wonderful ladies: Vannie, Kelly, Thea, Mich, Meeya, and Aggie.

I always believe in being prepared in anything that might happen. This is the reason why we have life insurances and health plan. Good thing that one of our employment benefits is having a health card for me and my family. We don’t have to worry if somebody gets sick. But if I resign, I will lose all these.
So I’m thinking of looking for a reliable but reasonable health plan like that of Kaiser Permanente. It’s easy to apply because you can get quotes online then find the best health plan for you and your family. After which you can fill up the form and send it through fax or mail.
Hope I can find something this good when I opt to resign.

We noticed that our little boy is fond of tinkering. He loves to see how things work, disassembling and putting together the bits and pieces. We are pleased to see that. Who knows, he might become a very good mechanic when he grows up.
He can buy used engines and transmissions, tweak them a little bit, enough to be in tip top shape and sell it to public. He can put up a shop like midwest auto recycling which is a big time seller of used engines in the US.
But of course, we don’t want to force something on him. It’s up to him to decide what he wants to be when he grows up. For now we’ll provide him everything that perks up his interest like those building blocks that he can assemble.

Rule #1: Copy all the links below and replace a single link under the appropriate letter of the alphabet. If your domain name, or even the title of your blog, starts with an “A,” you’d replace the link under that letter and put the replaced link at the bottom. Also, don’t forget to credit the tagger, or where you got the list from, at the end of the list with a full URL of the post so that a pingback gets generated.
A. A Detour
B. Busynessworld
C. caffeine-overload.com
D. Different Faces of Me

Rule #2: You now have to “tag” at least five people and encourage them to participate. Remember, though, that not everyone is into these kinds of things, so don’t be upset if they don’t participate. Just simply replace your tag. Remember to tag blogs only and no pornographic ones as we do want to keep the integrity as a blogging community.

My uncle who now lives in Texas is a true blue cowboy. He loves cowboy films and horses too. If he has the money, he would like to buy his own horses. But since it is possible at the moment, he’s contented to watch rodeo shows.
National Finals Rodeo is one of the most famous rodeo event in the US. Wrangler jeans is the title sponsor of the 1-day event most popularly known as NFR or sometimes as Super Bowl of Rodeo. It has seven events namely: bareback riding, steer wrestling, team roping, saddle bronc riding, tie-down roping, bull riding and barrel racing. Barrel racing is the event for women. These showcase the skills of cowboys and cowgirls. The winner is awarded the World All-Around Rodeo Champion.
This event is extremely popular so that you will find that National Finals Rodeo tickets are usually sold out. My uncle buys them in advance so that he is sure to watch it live.
He has watched these shows for the past couple of years and he buys tickets as early as now. The event will take place on December. I find it OA but he says that this is the only way that he can get the best seats available.
