Feast One Hundred & Ninety One

Published by nice under Just Me, Tags

Appetizer - What is the nearest big city to your home?
Makati. We are just 4 kms away from the Central Business District.

Soup - On a scale of 1-10 with 10 being highest, how well do you keep secrets?
8. I can keep my mouth shut if need be.

Salad - Describe your hair (color, texture, length).
I have shoulder length, ebony black hair. It is straight and thin. I never had it colored although I want to.

Main Course - What kind of driver are you? Courteous? Aggressive? Slow?
I’m a back seat driver. (shame on me) hahahaha!

Dessert - When was the last time you had a really bad week?
I really can’t remember. I don’t think I have that long bad streak. I have my share of bad days but thank goodness it does drag on until the end of the week.

Crunch Time

Published by nice under Great Finds, Just Me, M0rn1ng, shopping

I looked at the calendar this morning and I was surprised how fast time flies. We’re already halfway through May. And I only got a week to prepare for our 3rd wedding anniversary. I’m still thinking what to give to M0rn1ng.

I know he wanted to have one of those nice iPods. So I was searching online. It is cheaper to buy at online shops then I can have it delivered at his sister’s place. I found this great site called shopwiki.com. It is the best place to look for things that you want to buy. It will search all the stores in the worldwide web carrying the products on your search.

I also tried searching nike slippers and lacoste shirts and I was very pleased with the results.  I’m not telling what I’m getting, it’s supposed to be a surprise.  :)

Bulol

Published by nice under Andre Miguel, Mommy Talks

It’s been ages when I last wrote updates about our little boy on this blog. Well, he’s now 2 years and 3 months old as of this writing. We he can very well express his words through sentences. But as you can expect with little kids, he is still somewhat bulol. He mixes up…

C or K sound with T sound

Tat for Cat
Taklo for tatlo
Torn for Corn
Poptorn for Popcorn

D sound with G sound

Hudas for Hugas
Tado for Tago

R sound with L sound

Maklo for Makro

It is really funny to hear him say those. Yun nga lang we never show our amusement because we want him to learn the correct pronunciation. He has learned to say Jollibee instead of “Bab-bee”.

I think the key is always speak in the correct way with him. Do not imitate him on his baby talk no matter how amusing it can be. :)
