Our team has had 2 consecutive resignations this month and I can feel that the morale is so low. We decided to hold a monthly meeting to update on both the projects and daily processing team ongoing, have a one team building game, and enjoy light snacks. This is also the time for each of the team members to bond and learn more about each other.

We played a version of Pinoy Henyo, wherein a name of a co-worker were placed on the forehead of a team member, the aim is to guess the it with the help of questions answerable by Yes or No. This is the team that won the game.

Here are the members of the team who recently got awarded by the Staff Recognition Program. Look at those GCs….it’s enough to make everyone drool. Hahaha! I hope another member of our team will be awarded again next quarter.

I’m looking forward for the next meeting and I hope it would be as successful as this one. Sometimes the stress in the office is enough to make me crave for Orlando vacations .
