Kadilian Resort

This is where we are last Saturday morning.

Kadilian is an Ilocano term that means Coral Reefs. It was aptly named as such as the beach fronting this resort shows a lot of corals especially during low tide.

It was a charming place and the infinity pool was a sight to behold.

It was so inviting that we have to try it out immediately. Here is the little boy enjoying the water.  :)

I’ll post some more pictures later. It was so picturesque and it will be a shame not to share it. :)

New Kind of Lawyers

I have read that celebral palsy can be due hospital malpractice. Most parents are not aware only to find out that later on. It can be very taxing for parents to take care of sick children, not to mention the high cost that they have to spend on medication. So I wasn’t surprised to find out that there are cerebral palsy lawyers who help out in these cases. They help parents evaluate their cases and get damage pay if it is proven that they have been wronged by doctors, nurses or other hospital staff. Of course it will not undo the damage but at least they can get some support that could help them in shouldering the cost of medication.

Dec 1

It’s the first day of the last month for this year. I am so happy! This is what I’ve been waiting to come for all these months. Finally, this year is coming to a close. It’s has been a difficult year for me and M0rn1ng. There has been a lot of changes in the office making it very difficult and stressful to work. M0rn1ng lost his Shawarma stall mid July and we weren’t able to open the shop since then. So we’re running into a one income household. Times are tough but with God’s help we are able to survive. I can’t wait for another year to start. I hope better times await us.

We’re going to go to the beach today. Papa has invited a lot of kids from our congregation and we are going to bring kites. I hope we’ll be able to catch some nice breeze. I’ll share some pictures later.

Have a great Monday and a great week ahead! :)

Modern and Urbanized

This is where we ate dinner last Friday.

085.jpg

They call this 365 Plaza and it’s the first time that we’ve visited the place although mama said, my sister already treated them there last year on their anniversary. It has spa, bars, David’s salon, and a couple of restaurants. There is a big empty lot on it’s right and there is a big banner announcing that a Robinson’s mall with rise there. The first ever mall in Ilocos Norte. I wouldn’t be surprised if there will be a shop for Victorinox swiss army watches soon.

Our hometown is getting more and more urbanized. :)
