He Loves Computers

This is how serious he is whenever he is infront of the PC. He loves playing with the mouse and the keyboard. He even managed to rotate the screen display which we googled to find out how to undo. hahahaha! Kids!

Anyway, he is playing with my dad’s PC here. This is our old desktop which my other sister upgraded with a new computer memory. Papa said that it was good as new and he is happy to let his old PC retire. :)

Family Picture

ilocos-trip-and-da-2008-353.jpg

It’s been a long time since we had our family picture taken. Got the chance last Saturday. This was taken in the morning at the garden area of the Assembly Hall. I love that B.boy’s arms are flung in our shoulders, brining all of us closer together.

(Btw, see the dress? I bought it at one of the tiangges for only 200 bucks. It is such a steal. )

Picture Picture!

I love pictures. :) It equates with memories and if there are moments in our lives, it is best to have pictures to keep it alive. When we are travelling to new places, our photos are the BEST souvenirs that we can bring home. How important it is to have a digital flash memory card that can store lots of pictures. For those who have kids like me, we also use our camera to capture our kid’s milestones through video. If our memory cards do not have big storage space, we would end up deleting pictures and videos from time to time to free up some space.

I hate doing that especially when we are travelling. So I always make sure that we got a memory card that can store lots of pictures and videos. :)

Weekend Update

I haven’t been posting these past few days as we’ve been away to attend our District Convention. It is a three day filled with spiritual food, just what we need to rejuvenate ourselves. Since it is held somewhere north of the metro and we live down south, we need to sleep and wake up early. Good thing I have great sisters who helped out in preparing our packed lunch. It would be too much trouble to handle the preparations all by myself.

We had a great time! We received a lot of timely advice from the Bible and it strengthen our faith. This is exactly what we need to serve God whole heartedly. There are times that we feel that we want to give up because of problems and different trials but it is at this particular point of our lives that we have to have more faith in God. We also had 2 new books. One is for youths and parents to deal with the difficult times surrounding teen-age years. The other book offer adivce on how to remain in God’s love. I would definitely make time to read these.

We also saw our friends from other congregations and it is strengthening to see how some of those whom we conducted Bible studies before have become baptized christians. We had a grand time catching up and updating each other. :) It was truly one of the best weekends that we had for this year. :)
