Daddy is in his mid 30′s now and he has been conscious on what he’s eating everyday.   He’s consuming more fruits and vegetables now and doing some exercises during weekends. He is also taking premium fiber husk to make his stomach healthier and get rid of some fats. Yesterday I saw him using the internet looking for the best vitamins for men online which could help him become fitter and stronger.  Daddy is 10 lbs. overwieght and he told me that he lost  5 pounds the past two months and still needs to lose another 5.  He is doing it slowly and surely.

Here’s our little boy swimming in his new pool in Las Pinas.   Lola and daddy bought this new kiddie pool yesterday while they were in Mall of Asia.  The pool is about 3 feet wide and 6 feet long and the depth is around 22 inches.  We will probably have a small kiddie pool party in Marconi soon.   Here’s another pic of Biboy.
