I love visiting furniture shops. Whenever I get the chance, I visit shops like Abea, Our Home and other stores that sell furniture.

I do that online too. And one that I frequently visit is furniturefromhome.com. They have a wide variety of good quality beds to choose from. I’m dreaming of something like this:

It looks so contemporary. I would love to have a sectional sleeper sofa but it won’t fit into our tiny apartment.

I love cats as pets. They are quiet, warm and make a good companion. I have this pet cat for around 6 years already. She’s an ordinary cat with no breed but we love her so much. She knows how to use the litter box so she doesn’t make a mess around the house.

We love her so much that we make sure we buy the appropriate pet supplies that she needs. We also had her neutered because I don’t think her body can sustain having a lot of children. Besides we couldn’t keep them and take care of them all.

We have a handy man for a family friend. Whenever something in the house need fixing or repair we always call on him for help. He dropped by yesterday to install the long overdue ceiling fan, new outlets, repaired our bed and he even cleaned our air-con.

For us he is our very own MacGyver. He’s good at tinkering and fixing things. I will not be surprised if he can make his own patch panels.

We were invited to a send off party last Friday at Aberdeen Court at Makati Ave. One of our friends is going back to the US and it might take a while before they’ll be coming back. The last time she was home was more than seven years ago and she was missed dearly.

Her mom was creative enough to make an invite of the said get together. I always appreciate receiving invitations whenever there are parties. Verbal invitations are nice but paper invites are nicer. I don’t have the same creative juices as other people have so I don’t normally create my own invites. There are a lot of online sites where you can order them and they offer a vast range of products. Some even have communion invitations.

Anyway, the kids had fun at the party. Even B.boy had a grand time playing with the other kids. It’s great that he knows how to socialize as early as now and older kids especially girls are fond of him. Just take a look.

We went home at around 10 pm and we all had a wonderful time.

My dream is really to have a house that we could call our own one of these days. We’re working on it but I’m not sure when it would be a reality. I am happy to announce that the shawarma stall will open tomorrow. I am excited but my husband is a thousand times more excited. Hahahaha! I’m asking him if he has a “gimik” on his opening day but he said he’s thinking of imprinted promotional products but he’s been pressed for time that he didn’t ordered any.

I suggested having some balloons and maybe a coupon that gives discount when they buy at our stall and he thinks that it is a good idea. I’ll try to ask him to snap some pictures tomorrow so that we could share it in this blog. After all, it was funded by blog money. Hahaha!
