I know there are a lot of people who made a fortune through real estate. I believe that it is a lucrative business. You just need to have the fundamental knowledge on the ins and outs of the real estate investing. One thing that interests me is the Nouveau Riche University.
However I hear a lot of comments about this Nouveau Riche Scam. I wonder if this is true. But reading dozens of success stories from their alumni students, I was convinced that it isn’t true.
One of the reasons why they call it Nouveau Riche Scam is because of the exorbitant tuition fees. I don’t think it is a valid claim as it is reasonable enough if you compare it with the learning modules that come with it. Their teachers and professors are the most successful and qualified in the field and they teach you how to avoid real estate investing mistakes and scams.
So no I don’t believe in Nouveau Riche Scam. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get educated in real estate investing. The students who’ve attended the university are proof that you can generate money through real estate if you know how. Most of them have quit their day jobs and have enough to sustain their daily expenses. That’s what I call financial freedom.

We received a lot of calls from concerned friends nowadays. This is because of the fire that engulfed Puregold Libertad last Thursday. All of them know that we have a panwich foodcart there and they want to express sympathy.
It’s a heartwarming thought to have friends who remember your plight in times of adversity. But they all breathe a sigh of relief when we told them that the panwich business there is no longer ours. We sold it two months ago and we just concentrated running our shawarma foodcart.
After we sold that, we felt a bit regretful because the other business was not doing so well. Nanghihinayang kami sa kita nung panwich because it generates additional income too. But now, we know things happen for a reason. We just feel sorry to the people who bought it kasi 2 months pa lang silang operational.

If you are into online selling or you simply have a website that you want to market, then you are familiar on how important SEO is. SEO is short for Search Engine Optimization. It is crucial because it increases web traffic and more people visiting a site, the more likely one will get new sales.
A good SEO program accomplishes this because it increases the chances of one’s website appearing on top of search engine results. I’ve read about a good Austin search engine optimization that ensures one’s site to be tanked at the top of today’s popular search engines, including Google, Yahoo, MSN and Ask Jeeves.
This is something worth checking if you want to increase your online sales.

I was surprised to read that interest-free small-business loans will not be granted to smokers in Malaysia. What does smoking have to do with loans, I wonder? ‘If they can afford to buy cigarettes and smoke their money away, they do not need the government loans,’ according to Sanusi Junid, minister of National and Rural Development. And the government will not take a loan applicant’s word for it. Medical tests will determine whether he uses tobacco.
Quite the contrary in the US where there are a lot of companies offering Business Loans fast and easy. Your credit standing really doesn’t matter if you are just applying for Unsecured Business Loans. This is the best way to get additional money to grow your business.

Happy morning! The sheriff is looking after me.
I’m so happy because there wasn’t much to write these past two days. Looking back at all the sites that I’m enrolled to, the sheriff is the one who’s giving me the most moolah. I love doing assignments for them because they are plentiful and they are easy to do.
The next best site that provides moolah for me is 3P. This is especially true before the war began. Nonetheless, I still get good opportunity from them. Top 3 in my list is SR. Once I got the hang of bidding, I began to appreciate this.
If you are into my sideline, you know exactly what I’m talking about here.

I saw this at Aggie’s blog that I found interesting….
How many sq meters is your place, and how many people live there?
I’m not sure of the exact size but this is just around 50-60 sq meters. My 2 sisters live with us and the yaya which adds to a total of 6 people. This is the reason why I always declutter because we have a small space to manage. It looks very hard to manage when there are a lot of unecessary things.
How much is your electricity bill monthly? Water?
Electricity - around 1,600 to 1,800. Last summer it shoot up to 3K because of the aircon but this year it broke down and M0rn1ng and I didn’t bother to have it repaired…so we endured the summer heat. In exchange, we don’t have to pay for huge electric bill. hahahaha!
Water - around 400-500 bucks. This is given because there are a lot of people in the house and we do our laundry here too.
Drinking water is around 500. My sisters and I are seldom at home so we just drin our home water in the mornings, evenings and during weekends.
Other utilities?
House Rent - 7,000. This is huge but since the apartment is very near everything then I must say na nakakatipid na rin kami. One is travel time and also sa pamasahe.
Phone Bills (mine and M0rn1ngs) - around 2,200 (cp Smart)
LPG - 635
Health Supplements - 1K
Rice - 1,800. I buy 1 sack of rice which is good for 1 and a half month.
Yaya - 2,500. But she stays until the end of the month na lang. More on tha later.
Laundry Person - 1,200.
Our allowances - 5K. This is where we get our transpo and food expenses whenever we are at work.
Groceries? Market?
I do them together in just one go. I can’t do wet marketing because of my asthma. So I buy our ulam in the grocery. Before we would average around 12K per month. But we recently able to cut it down to 10K.
We found out that things are way way cheaper at Makro than Waltermart. We also cut down on meat consumption. Fish, chicken and veggies are not only cheaper but healthier as well.
Add them all together, malaki rin ano? So we decided to cut our entertainment allowance as well. Before we eat out to somewhere special once a month. We don’t do that anymore, instead we just cook something special here at home. We still go out once in a while pero di na kasing dalas ng dati.

I love going to World trade Center near Roxas Blvd whenever there are expos, bazaar or trade shows there. But who am I to blame? The trade show booths were really attractive plus they offer goods which are reasonably priced. I look forward to the World Food Expo and AWCP Bazaar in specific.
One thing that I noticed that makes the booths attractive is the Pipe and Drape. This provides a good backdrop and charming enclosed area to showcase the goods. It pretty much has the same effect as nice curtains in a house.
Banner stands are also a must to have. You can print your company name and logo plus those attractive marketing lines and gimmicks. Since you need a table to present your goods and talk to customers, you can prettify it by table skirts.
These are little things but it draws people to come and visit the booth and increase the chances of hitting a sale.

The little boy was with me when I was preparing for work yesterday morning. He did not bug me much because he was busy playing with coins inside our piggy bank. He gets each one out, counts them then drops them back. We noticed that he enjoyed playing with coins recently. Who knows he might interested in collecting certified coins someday.
A lot of people collect this as investment too. They view this as better vehicles than stocks because of the volatility of the stock market. They are forced to diversify and look at other ways to invest their money. Most of them are buying these certified rare or gold coins through MONEX. It is the trusted leader in precious metals investments in nearly 40 years.

A lot of people were in dire straits, some even lost their jobs due to retrenchment. Such is the case of my classmate in college. It was bad timing because they are planning their wedding. She is also planning to put up her own business so she is also contemplating on getting Unsecured Personal Loans that are fast and easy to process.

When we were getting married, we are supposed to do the wedding day preparations at Vivere in Alabang. My aunt has a friend who owns a unit there and she said that we could get a discount. It was only then that I knew that Vivere was a condo hotel.
They bought it at pre selling price and now they are reaping the fruits of their investments. I think they made the right choice of investing with the right property. However it was sad that we did not push through with our preps there. One of our principal sponsors gave us a free stay at Westin Philippine Plaza so we decided to forego Vivere.
