Is Nouveau Riche a Scam

I know there are a lot of people who made a fortune through real estate. I believe that it is a lucrative business. You just need to have the fundamental knowledge on the ins and outs of the real estate investing. One thing that interests me is the Nouveau Riche University.

However I hear a lot of comments about this Nouveau Riche Scam. I wonder if this is true. But reading dozens of success stories from their alumni students, I was convinced that it isn’t true.

One of the reasons why they call it Nouveau Riche Scam is because of the exorbitant tuition fees. I don’t think it is a valid claim as it is reasonable enough if you compare it with the learning modules that come with it. Their teachers and professors are the most successful and qualified in the field and they teach you how to avoid real estate investing mistakes and scams.

So no I don’t believe in Nouveau Riche Scam. It is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to get educated in real estate investing. The students who’ve attended the university are proof that you can generate money through real estate if you know how. Most of them have quit their day jobs and have enough to sustain their daily expenses. That’s what I call financial freedom.

Reminiscing

Published by nice under Education, Just Me

I love going to National Bookstore especially when I was still in my elementary days. I remember that during this time of the year, my mom will take us there to buy our school supplies. I would pick out those fancy notebooks, binders, highlighter and pens. I am very choosy with notebooks. I want the lines to provide ample space for me to write on and the surface smooth. Then I would always choose bic pens because the tip is fine and it last very long.

My penmanship was never fancy so I should have the right notebook kand pen so that it will look presentable.

How about you? Do you enjoy your bookstore trips when you were still in school?

Whatever Will Be…Will Be

We noticed that our little boy is fond of tinkering. He loves to see how things work, disassembling and putting together the bits and pieces. We are pleased to see that. Who knows, he might become a very good mechanic when he grows up.

He can buy used engines and transmissions, tweak them a little bit, enough to be in tip top shape and sell it to public. He can put up a shop like midwest auto recycling which is a big time seller of used engines in the US.

But of course, we don’t want to force something on him. It’s up to him to decide what he wants to be when he grows up. For now we’ll provide him everything that perks up his interest like those building blocks that he can assemble.

Help on Essay Writing

Published by nice under Education

Back when I was still in elementary school, I find it difficult to write essays. I love reading novels, fiction and non-fiction but writing stuff is never my cup of tea. But practice makes perfect. When I was in the university, writing has become easy. My thoughts flow naturally as I write.

But I imagine how difficult it my maybe to some students who are not fond of writing and has tight deadlines of schoolwork. I was surprised to discover that there are writing companies who help students in this aspect. Even if it is Exploratory Essay, Argumentative Essays, Terrorism essay, they’ve got you covered.

This is a great help and resources for any students who need help in their writing assignments.

Published by nice under Career, Education, Health

Gone are the days that high school students will take up law or engineering or accountancy. Students nowadays mostly take up nursing to increase their chances of working abroad and earning a significant amount of money.

But one parents says that nursing is an expensive course too. Parents should have lots of money to be able to send their children to nursing schools. Well, nursing assistants is a good alternative. You only have to undergo cna training and take up cna courses in cna schools. It is less expensive and takes less time too.

This is a great alternative for those who do not have the time and resources to pursue a nursing degree.

Moving to a Greener Pasture?

We met our uncle who has been in the US for so many years. He’s encouraging us to migrate there as he sees no future in the Philippines. He said it is easy if we are in the medical field, such as sonography technician because these are the in demand jobs there.

He said that even sonography tech people earn a lot. So he’s encouraging us to look for sonography schools and take the course and he’s going to help us find a job in the lab that he’s working for.

Well, the offer seems lucrative and a lot of friends have already left the country. But M0rn1ng and I have no plans to relocate yet. If we still have enough to get by here then we will stay.

Jobs Abroad

Published by nice under Career, Education, Health

We just had our annual physical examination at the office a few months ago. I usually take time to complete this because it is a great way to gauge how healthy I am at the moment. I am specially concerned on my xrays results because I have weak lungs ever since and the pollution in the city makes it worse.

I was chatting with the x-ray technician and i was surprised to know that they are also in demand abroad. He said that he specifically took x ray technician course so that he can find a job overseas.

He also adds that life is very difficult in our country and he will get a lot of pay as xray technician either in the US or Canada. Makes me really think how worse the situtation here in the Philippines right now. I’m still thankful that M0rn1ng and I got jobs that can still support our family. But I’m not sure if that will still be the case if we get another child.

Published by nice under Education, Just Me, My Thoughts

Question: If you are to switch careers and you have a free hand to choose, what would it be?

My answer:

I want fashion jobs. It looks pretty exciting and I think it will be a completely different one compared to what I am doing right now. But that one will tap the creative side of me. I’ve been wanting to switch to fashion careers ever since because it something that interests me.

But first, I must have the skills needed for that kind of job. I need to enroll in fashion schools to be fully equipped. Who knows I might have my own line someday.

How about you? Feel free to answer my question and let me know by leaving a comment.

Culinary Schools

Published by nice under Education, Family

My youngest sister is really into cooking. She will soon have a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration and I’m asking her what field she would like to specialized in. I wasn’t surprised when she told me that she wants to be a chef. She’s been wanting too ever since but dad wants her to take HRIM so she will have a background on businesses and administration.

Now that she has fulfilled our dad’s wish, she wants to do what she wants; that to enroll in a culinary school. Finding the right chef school is a bit hard because it doesn’t come cheap too. Studying in culinary schools can be very expensive but if that’s what she wants then we support her all the way.

Good College Courses

Published by nice under Education

We have a friend who just recently graduated from high school. She was asking for our help in deciding what course to take in college. She’s very much into sciences so I began some research on professions related to that. Then I found out something about pharmacy technicians.

According to what I read pharmacy tech is a good medical field to venture into. I also read that pharmacy technician salary is pretty good too. I’ll share all these information to our friend. It might just help her to decide.

Good Manners

Published by nice under Andre Miguel, Education, Mommy Talks

dsc02060.JPGdsc02060.JPGAs early as now, we are teaching B.boy to be polite and cultivate good manners. He now knows to say thank you whenever he is given something. He says ‘Opo’ when talking to elders and he says please whenever he wants something.

A few nights ago, we are on the bed playing when he wants to get the pillow underneath my head. He keeps on tugging the pillow but obviously he will not be able to pull it out because of my weight so he blurted out ‘mommy, alis’ while shoving me away.

I sat down, held his hand and looked at his face while telling him we need to talk. We usually get his attention by doing that. He knows that whenever we do that it means there is something important that we want to tell him.

Mommy: B.boy, if you want to get something that someone is using or you want to go some place else and somebody is blocking your way, it is better to say “excuse me”.
B.boy: Okay.

A week has passed and the same thing happens. He wants to go to the other side of the bed but I’m blocking the way. I was surprised when he said “excuse me mommy”.

Bright boy at 22 months of age.
