It’s been a year since I got my own domain and web hosting for this nicemorning blog. I was fortunate because Amore, a very good of mine help me up with the setup. She did all the legwork, the domain registration, the hosting setup and the transfer of my post from free wordpress to this new site. All I have to do is sit back and relax.

Happy morning! The sheriff is looking after me. I’m so happy because there wasn’t much to write these past two days. Looking back at all the sites that I’m enrolled to, the sheriff is the one who’s giving me the most moolah. I love doing assignments for them because they are plentiful and they are easy to do.

Any blogger would know the importance of driving traffic to one’s site. This has been a challenge for me especially now that I’m maintaining 2 blogs. I have to drive traffic to both of them. I’ll be happy if I can get around 100 hits for both blog each day. Sadly, the mommastuff blog only gets around 20-40 visits each day.

I know that bloghopping and leaving comments works but it is very time consuming. Having two blogs to write on and bloghopping gets most of my time and I don’t think it is efficient to that anymore. I love Instant Messaging, don’t we all. I’ve started using it when I was still a freshman in college. Back then we use to chat to gain friends but I eventually quit when I noticed I’ve been wasting a lot of time talking to pretentious strangers.

As you all know G did an update a few days ago. The result is both good and bad for me. My old site got smacked and its PR is brought down to zero. But my newest one had a taste of PR three. I’ve read that this is because of G’s battle with link selling. We don’t have much control of that but still we maintain our blogs to be outlet of out thoughts and a way to earn some money too. There’s going to be though times ahead until all the war is over. It will be survival of the fittest for now.

So I’m looking for other ways of generating money through blogs then I stumbled upon Net Audio Ads. It is an audio only advertising channel backed by one of the BIG 5 search engines. It works on a bid management system and publishers will earn revenue on 100% of their traffic. This is great! No more clicks or links.

It is a way for advertisers like Harley Davidson of Taco Bell to target their 5 second audio ad to specific interest, demographics and geographic location.
