Daddy was able to sell a townhouse unit in Cavite last January.  The village is located in Brgy. Salinas in Bacoor City and is just 1 km away to SM Bacoor.  The client was an old friend of his and an OFW in the Riyadh.   The unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and bath and has a floor area of 40sqm.  The cost of the property is less than 1 million.  He is also selling projects in Las Pinas, Taguig, Pasig and Laguna and other parts of Cavite.  I hope he could sell more units.

We had our monthsary celebration a day later on January 24 Sunday.  Morning and I usually go on date and eat out every 23rd of the month.  This time we watched Avatar together and left Andre with my sister.   We really enjoyed the movie since it is our first time to watch a full length 3D film.  Morning joked on keeping the 3D glasses to himself.  Maybe next time, our little boy can join us watch a three-dimensional film together, probably in Imax.

I’ve been too preoccupied with work lately that I have found the time to blog personal stuff. I was organizing some photos today and I realized that I haven’t written a post about our October Anniversary celebration. You see, 10.23 was the date when M0rn1ng and I started our lovely relationship. We still remember it even in simple ways as it is the start of something as beautiful as our marriage and eventually our family.

So for this year, I took a leave from work and we watched a basketball game. Ginebra won so M0rn1ng was ecstatic. We saw a movie after. Movie is free, courtesy of Citibank.

We ended the day with a sumptuous dinner at Racks. Here are some snaps while we’re goofing around.

We will soon be transferring to a new office building. It will be such a change as the new location will be farther from our home and not accessible to public transport. We’re thinking of finding a new apartment nearer to that place so that it would be easier for us. Time is really precious and I love it that it only takes me 15-20 minute to commute from home to work. I get to spend the precious time with family.

I was searching the net for apartments for rent in that vicinity and there isn’t much to choose from. Condo units dominate the ad space. But we don’t want a condo unit. I want a house not a space inside a building. I’ve spent 30 minutes searching and searching but I couldn’t find anything interesting. I got too bored and before I knew it I was looking at San Antonio apartments. I hope we have something like these in the Taguig / Fort area.

I guess I just have to give up my quest. Maybe the ultimate solution is to buy a car. I’m pretty sure M0rn1ng would be happy to hear this coming from me.

Morning and I will be watching basketball game between Ginebra and Smart Gilas (RP national team composed mostly of college and amateur players) on Friday October 23. It will be my first time to watch a live game and it will be held in Cuneta Astrodome in Pasay City. Morning is doubly excited coz’ he’s a die hard, loyal, since birth, true blue Ginebra fanatic and he’s gonna spend the game with me. I know we’ll both enjoy the game and may best the team (Smart haha) win.

M0rn1ng loves gadgets & music. I’ve given him an ipod as a gift for our anniversary last year. It’s kinda worn out now because of frequent use. I’m thinking of getting a new one for him next year.

I’ve seen some good deals for ipods over ay BUY.COM. I’m thinking of buying it online and have it delivered at my sister in law’s place. If she will ship items here then we will be able to get it. I’m pretty sure that dear husband will be very happy.

And oh, our little one loves the ipod too. He listens to sound of music and disney songs.

M0rn1ng is doing a lot home improvements lately. He has finished doing the fence. This prevents people from loitering infront of our house. He also bought new materials for our window screen. He will be doing it in the next few days.

Our next agenda is house painting. What color would be great. I think plain white will be good as it will give our house that more spacious look. M0rn1ng thinks otherwise and was suggesting a very light yellow hue. I might just give up and leave the decision with him.

In any case, I’m happy with all these projects that he is undertaking. I’m even contemplating giving him industrial supplies as gift.

M0rn1ng has just finished cooking our dinner. We’re having his special Chicken BBQ. I’m telling you that it’s one of the best and it tastes even better than Aristocrat’s. My youngest sister is cooking Java Rice, the perfect partner. We’ll be having Coke too.

I’m salivating already. I’m pretty sure that I would be stuffed again to the full. M0rn1ng is always reminding me to mind my eating habits, lest I become a fat woman needing Fastin.

I know but who can resist a hearty meal?

M0rn1ng and I planned to jog everyday starting the month of May but we haven’t done it. I know that we should be doing some exercise to better manage our health but we couldn’t seem to find time to do so. A few months back, I started Tae-bo session at home. I follow the instructional video but I couldn’t keep the schedule. I lapsed one day, followed by another and another. Now, I’m too lazy to get started again.

I need to exercise for health reasons. M0rn1ng’s is to lose weight as well. He has gained a lot after our wedding and he loathes his big belly. He joins friends for basketball but that is not enough to lose those fat. I’ve been teasing him a few times to just drink a fat burner pill.

I hope we could start an exercise regimen soon. We need it badly.
