I Need To Focus Today

Published by nice under Just Me, Office Tales, Spiritual

There are a lot of things to be done today. I have a couple of conference calls then meetings with my boss. I left the office late yesterday because I finished all my backlog emails. I will have no time to take a look at that today.

I also have to leave early as I have a part in our Theocratic Ministry School. Good thing that I woke up early as I had a head start at the day. I was able to reach my blogging quota. The only thing left is to write about diet pill reviews. I love it when everything is on schedule.

I hope I can focus on all my To Dos for the day. :) Anyway, Friday is a day away. I can’t wait.

Greatest Love Shown to Mandkind

Published by nice under Good Reads, Spiritual, Things to Ponder

Take time to pause and reflect on the two greatest love shown to mankind; that of the FATHER and his Son.

“For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed but have everlasting life. – John 3:16

“This is my commandment, that YOU love one another just as I have loved YOU. No one has love greater than this, that someone should surrender his soul in behalf of his friends” - John 15: 12-13

Good Morning!!

Published by nice under Blog, Family, M0rn1ng, My Thoughts, Spiritual

Good morning to all of you! I woke up a bit early this morning and I was glad to still see a lot of assignments to blog. Morning is still the best time to get opps and early bird surely gets some worm. Hehehe. The boys are still sleeping so I can work in peace.

I want to get blogging done early, as I want to maximize weekends by spending time with the family, not sitting behind the computer all day long. We also do volunteer work by preaching and teaching people about the Bible every weekend so our schedule is pretty full.

We’ll be hitting the grocery in a while too. M0rn1ng already looked into our cupboard and list down the things we need to buy. I’m blessed to have such a husband. He is really a darling. ;)

Weekend Pictures

Here are some of the nice pictures we took over the weekend. They were taken during our District convention.

This was taken Friday morning.  It could have been the perfect family picture save for the look on our little boy’s face.

We’re glad that he is smiling oh so brightly the next day for our next family picture.

Here he is on the last day of the convention.

Since we go leave the house at 6 am, we bathe him at night. I just pick him up the bed in the morning and bring him to the car. Good thing that he is in a sunny disposition in that whole three days. He even wore the polo and long pants that we bought him. Remember my post here on how he refuse to wear those type of clothes? We even have unseccessful dress rehearsals. See one of it below.

I guess our little “bola” was effective.  He loved the hilly postion of the assembly hall and he wants to go there as soon as we parked our car.  We told him that he wouldn’t be allowed to go there if he’s not wearing polo and long pants just like the other people at the hall.  He saw that the brothers are wearing those types of clothes and he willingly agreed.  It is a milestone for M0rn1ng and I.

Where are You?

Wondering where I’ve been these past few days? We had a convention since Friday so we are busy. Our laptop’s battery charger is under repair so I have no PC access at home. So pardon me if I haven’t replied to your comments or haven’t visited your sites lately.

The convention was very nice. It strengthened us all spiritually. The three day session encouraged us to follow Christ’s example in the way of dealing with others and how to do God’s will. When he was on earth, his focus is not on material things. He is an ordinary man. Son of a lowly carpenter he did not have riches nor lived in luxury homes. Yet, he is the greatest man who ever lived simply because he did the will of his heavenly father. We hope we can follow his example and try to lively simply so that we can seek first the kingdom and its righteousness. (Matthew 6:33)
